Morningside is an ultra glamorous golf community in Rancho Mirage. HOA dues alone run around $1200 per month for this luxury style living. This home needed a complete renovation. With designer, Dan Polinak, we created a showplace. We opened up the kitchen and living areas completely and laid a large format limestone tile throughout. The pool, spa and BBQ were completely demolished and a new sleek, fresh, modern design installed. This home boasts of 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms all with custom cabinetry, counters and showers.
